Ingresse’s previous purchase flow was plagued by confusion and inconsistency, stemming from years of patchwork development. The interface was dated, leading to a fragmented user experience that made navigation and transactions cumbersome for customers. Behind the scenes, the system relied on a tangled mix of legacy code and newer technologies, resulting in frequent bugs, slow performance, and maintenance headaches for the development team. This technical debt and lack of clear design direction hindered Ingresse’s ability to innovate and provide a seamless, modern purchasing experience for its users.

The redesigned Ingresse purchase flow placed a strong emphasis on the mobile experience, delivering a modern, intuitive interface optimized for users on the go. By adopting a modular design approach, the new system allows each producer to tailor the purchase journey to their specific needs, rearranging flow components as required. Driven by the unique challenges of building an entertainment platform dedicated to real-time gatherings, the team focused on delivering seamless, memorable moments for all types of audiences. Whether managing ticketing for major soccer matches or coordinating the energy and logistics behind large-scale New Year’s celebrations, Ingresse embraced the complexities of live event production. Their vision was to empower fans, producers, and brands with a robust digital space that brings together diverse experiences, connects communities, and celebrates the excitement of being part of something unforgettable in the moment.

My journey at Ingresse was marked by a mission to elevate the live event experience for every user. Leading the redesign of the purchase flow, I focused on streamlining the interface, addressing legacy pain points, and creating a more intuitive path for ticket buyers. I also spearheaded the exploration of an entirely new app, conducting future-focused studies and envisioning what a next-generation live events platform could be.
To ensure our solutions were both innovative and practical, I leveraged advanced prototyping tools like v0, which allowed for rapid iteration and real-world testing. This approach enabled us to validate ideas quickly, gather authentic user feedback, and refine interactions before full-scale development. Throughout the process, my goal was to combine bold thinking with user-centered design, laying the groundwork for a more agile, modern Ingresse that better connects fans, event producers, and the excitement of live moments.
